Well, these were some really good Bullshit. Feng Shui for instance; how can anyone in their right mind fall for something like this? You have to be communicating with God to pull off something this. This definitely is for the vulnerable, naive and stupid with lots of money to throw away. How can two or more experts have different proposals for the same room? Does it depends on which God they were talking to? People need to wake up and put these smell the coffee, put these jerks out of business. Bottled Water in the other hand is just too funny. I've personally done this experiment myself and the results were just off the charts. Almost every time it was done, people could never get it right, even in my house. I would love to have a chance to visit one of these purifying bottling companies and really find out for myself the secrets of purifying. One thing for sure is that I have got to look in to the Bottled Water business.
I think that Feng-Shui is Bullshit, there is no way that someone can come to a house change some furniture around and change your life for better, i don't believe in that crap, plus I would never spend my money on that. And the reason for that is because when you read about Feng-Shui on the internet every single one of them has different principles and ideas, all that do is make me wonder if a such thing even exists.
Bottle of water, I believe that a lot of us buy bottle of water because it is convenient. Also sometimes when you go to different countries for instance Mexico, on the airport they told us not to drink the tap water, to actually buy water, because people were getting sick, I actually do not know what to say about that, maybe it was a bad time, maybe when we went they were having problems with the water, but I will say this there are some places that I do not trust and much prefer buy a bottle of water just to be sure than risk to end up sick.
Haha those Feng-Shui "experts" were hilarious not one common idea, so much for science. I think the idea has some validity to it but nothing like they are suggesting. I dont think you can arrange your furniture is some magical way to bring you good health or riches however, I do think that if you have your house arranged like an idiot with no flow, color schemes, themes, or design than your going to feel stupid about yourself and would benefit from some advice from friends or family but to pay thousands or even hundreds of dollars for someone to feed you crap is just ridiculous.
Are you serious with the bottled water? That is ridiculous I knew bottled water wasn't much better than tap but not all, they got us good. I personally do like bottled water; not for the taste but the convenience. I'll buy a huge box from costco and carry one around with me refilling it as I go. I have heard the same about the water in Mexico but this makes me ask the question, do they have better filtration methods that the U.S. or is their bottled water the same crap from the tap? If so I'd be worried.
Feng-Shui experts my ass! I have a hard enough time letting my girl decorate the house let alone a completely bullshit expert! when it comes to feng-shui, I think all you really need is good looking furnitures and accessories that will leave a feeling of openness without blocking walk ways. I hate that stupid lady the movie who always have something for sale especially the $1000 water fountain.
I know that bottled water and tap water taste very similar, but what I like about bottled water is that it supposedly goes through the process of filtration for impurity and other bad things, we do have a lot of crap in the pipe that are in the facet. But all in all I buy them for the convenience.
I think that the Feng-Shui was a bunch of bullshit with their experts. It makes for good entertainment though. I do however think that the way you arrange your furniture does affect some aspects of your life but nothing that will bring you luck riches or luck of any kind. I do think it does affect your sleep though. Well it does if you as paranoid as I am. I know that if I sleep in a position that I cannot see the door then I will wake up a lot more than if I do. As for the tap water oh yea I mean bottled water it really depends on which brand you buy that will determine the quality of water. I recall a law suit a couple of years ago against Aquafina that required them to change their to reflect that their water was not spring water but plain old tap water. Here is my source for that: http://www.cnn.com/2007/HEALTH/07/27/pepsico.aquafina.reut/
SO after watching this show It made me look at my bottled water the next time I took a drink from one. It happened to be an arrowhead bottled water. I looked on the side of the bottle at the main label and it said that it was taken from natural springs from high mountain valleys. I looked on the side of the bottle to see the fine print and the sources said the same thing. It was taken from several various high mountain springs, not from a local city water line. I went online to www.arrowhead.com to see if they had anymore to say about there bottled water. As far as i can tell from reading all of the fine print this water is the real deal. Mountain spring water has it's advantages because it is above most pollutants that can contaminate our tap drinking water. Some of these pollutants cannot be filtered, even with the most stringent types of processing. Check out the website arrowhead.com for more information.
The con's of Bottled water
Bottled water is just tap water. The FDA does not regulate bottled water facilities, and therefore they can put pretty much whatever crap they want to on the label and pass it off as the most precious water on the planet. So now your wasting your money on buying expensive fancy bottles filled with plain ole tap water. The only downside to this is now you are using these plastic bottles everyday, sometimes going through 3 or 4 a day. When everyone does this it begins to really add up in the landfills, and plastic, no matter how long it sits will not decompose naturally. So this presents a problem to society. These bottles can create quite the heaping mess.
That was some funny bullshit! So...feng shui what a crock! You don't need to add to or take away to make something better, sometimes a subtle change that you think works is good enough. I've noticed it brings either a neutral mood or a more positive one. Whether or not it brings you more money or health, blah blah blah is up to whatever the 'fates' decide, so to speak. The other fact that the 'shui artisans' charge as much money as they do is absolutely ridiculous! Who would pay for that crap? Hell I'll come tell what I think would look good and not charge you a damn thing.
Aah bottled water. Personally I love bottled water and strange enough brand names matter to me because, in my mind, I can tell a difference. Like Fiji water is pretty dang good and tastes really close to Alaska tap to me. I did enjoy, however, all the BS the 'water industry' has. Penn and Teller can make anything hysterical and the fact they chose something like bottled water is amazing. There is an excessive amount of money spent on bottled water as P&T say and you could say its almost like cigarettes? No matter the price, people will pay for it and swear by a brand name.
Feng Shui: I’ve never looked at this issue in the way it was shown. For some reason I always thought all the crazy bullshit came from our culture. An “idea” such as Feng Shui might have substantial age and cultural significance but does age and cultural significance beget some kind of respect? Sometimes it does because it's apart of who they are but like I always say never blindly follow anything always ask for something to be proven to you. If it sounds retarded and can’t be explained by science with simple empirical data, chances are that shit is made up! Feng Shui is based on some basic ideas like not blocking entryways, and keeping an organized house. Keeping your house in order is older that the idea Feng Shui a clean organized house makes you feel better, they just try to over elaborate a simple idea. If Feng Shui (and $1000 fountains..lol) makes you feel better than more power to ya.
Bottled water: I’ve always had suspicions about bottled water and I’m not gunna lie I will get a package of bottled water about once a month. I’ve never had a change to read the label like Penn and Teller did for us. After doing some reading I found that tap water is safe enough for the bottled water industry to get about one quarter of its water from municipal sources…hilarious. I’d like to believe that most people, me included, buy bottled water for the convenience and nothing more. Okay there are some good things about bottled water if you would rather not consume chlorine or fluoride on a daily basis or if you have a higher level of contamination in your water source would all be good reasons to buy bottled. But, you could always boil it or buy purification filter and bottle that shit yourself maybe you could call it “Jordan River Mist” or “Utah Lake Ripple”. Those names have patents pending and coming to a store near you http://www.thisland.uiuc.edu/57ways/57ways_40
I think the movie proved enough that Feng Shui is not a science, but rather a personal opinion. The use of science, is a good marketing tool used by those in that field so that they can have some sort of support for their claim as to why it works. Although, I see no logic, or explanation for how they do their "science" I do think it has some benefits. Personally, I think it is full of shit, but to some people, I do feel they feel better with certain things arranged a certain way in their home. I would imagine that this is possibly where it started, as where some one moved around some stuff, felt better and thought, Hey maybe some others feel this way too. We have all had that good feeling of cleaning our room or house and maybe even changed a few things around, which is where I think the heart of Feng Shui is trying to get at. However, today it has been drastically taken out of context and are trying to tell people they will get rich, live long etc etc. This is just a bunch of crap, that people are trying to convince so that people will buy their services. Instead of personally buying people to move around stuff, I would think people should just not be lazy and clean their own damn house. They will feel better already once they have done that, and maybe even give themselves some exercise, sad how lazy us Americans are getting.
Bottled water is just funny, because I have been telling my girlfriend this for so long. I do think that people get a sense of purity or cleanness from buying bottled water, which I don't understand because how did so many people get convinced our water is so bad? Well I have heard stories of water in Mexico being bad, but rarely have I heard of any case in the United States where a person drinking tap water has received soem sort of illness from the water. Yet again marketing here is one of the greatest influences. They have led us to believe that the water is so fresh and natural, and so clean. They have made it sound like our water from tap is so dirty and unpure. They have just done a good job or making society think tap is bad, and have made billions off it due to it.
Feng Shui can be a good thing if some one wants to make their house look matching, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. Society likes it, so if you want to fit in and get attention that is one way to beautify your house. It is probably the best way to make you and your house look rich and educated.
Who ever would waist their money on something as stupid and pointless as Feng Shui does not deserve to have that money. Things like this really get to me. There are families who live in literally 20X20 square ft houses, who have maybe 100 dollars to their name who can barley survive. Here are slobs spending more money on arranging furniture than these families will ever have in a life time. It disgusts me! It is a crock! If you want good luck and health why not try donating that money to a good cause or to people who could use it to survive!
People who believing in Feng Shui may received their tradition and culture from their generation passing on to children. Although, It is kinda complicated subject. If they really know and have strong believe about this, why they don't prove it by history and their literary stand points. Then, Why don't we add the scientific evidents too. I don't know why I sleep and my head toward the East(Sunrise). It is for good lack, I guest? I think, I'd be concern about where my head should point to, did not important enough? This movies seem like want to attack Feng Shui and little a fence statement about this rip off business.
The Bottle of water is obvius to know that to high grade bottle of water did not come from the Mt. Everest or Cleanest river. This is absolutely tab water. But What does water's company really do? Is it some kind of really vitamins and minerals. Or May be they add only indent chemical substance? Human body have enough DNA to fight against small bacterial in our body. It is insane, because this is the free gives of water come from heaven.. but we I still have for that.. ha...if you are rich or poor. nothing else can't change and taking away for our life's sake! The bottom line is, Who is responsible about clean and quality glass of water?
Feng Shui. unless you can actually derive magical powers from it, it probably won't help you any. Why not try a real science where you can blow things up instead of moving things around. and as for directions please I'm a SouthWestern fool with an appetite for destruction and no one is going to put my bead any other direction. And is red really that bad? sounds like a con artist type thing.
Mmmmmm... delicious crisp bottled water, from a mountain spring that the guys from deliverance bathed in, and a bear decided to take a dump in it. My advice buy one and then refill it with tap water (or garden hose water) and drink to the convinience of not buying more than one. (you can really taste the spider.)
Feng Shui is one of those subjects that you either feel strongly about or strongly against. I have some friends that really do believe in that stuff and would probably pay more that what it’s worth to me. You really have to look it at like this, people are always looking for some higher power to give them energy, hope or whatever it might be and Feng Shui offers that by using “spiritual science” whatever that may be and ultimately it makes the person who paid for it, feel better about themselves. I personally think its bullshit and would never do it.
About the bottled water, I really do agree with the show on how tap water is probably safe here in the U.S. and let me make sure I say that again, here in the U.S. I found a good example of cholera spreading in Peru (1991) and how poor water supply helped spread the disease. Here’s a link http://www.colorado.edu/geography/gcraft/warmup/cholera/cholera_f.html But then again something like this could happen in the U.S. maybe not to the extent of the entire country being infected but perhaps a small town or such. In the end, I prefer to buy bottled water overseas but while I am here in the U.S. I stick to tap water and I’ll buy bottled water every now and then so that I can use it as a refill container.
Feng shui.... I laughed when each one of them called it a science. Being a health science major, I have to deal with alot of facts and loads of information about the human body. Every teacher I have taken classes from has had the same facts and the same answers which have been proven to be true. (Those theories that are not proven, the teacher will most likely tell you that.) To have all three come up with different "equations" and arrangements and calling it a science is straight BULLSHIT! However, I do think that arranging your furniture may make you feel more "at peace" with your living space. But it may bug the hell out of ur spouse or roommate. Each person has their own sense of style and taste.. but it is NOT a science!
As for bottled water... that bit made me feel a little foolish but only slightly. I've never been really big on brand name water. I buy it for the plastic container and refill it a few times before throwing it away. BUT.. I work for a woman who is allergic to floride in tap water so she insists on drinking bottled. If bottled water is plainly "tap" water, why doesnt she had an allergic reaction to the bottled water as well? Or maybe she only thinks that she is allergic. As I am writing this there is a lovely ad for a delivery service for FIJI water... that is BULLSHIT! That's ironic...
I am a part time Real Estate sales agent and have not only heard the feng shui concept a thousand times but, as in this film heard a thousand different explanations about how it should be implemented. I’ve always been highly skeptical about its perceived benefits for enhanced health and wealth however I think it may actually provide some of these benefits in the form of a placebo effect. In other words if the faith that something will provide you some health, wealth or other benefit is strong enough it actually might through the change in attitude or behavior or simply through the faith itself and not the physical substance or change in surroundings. This being said I know that it’s far from a science as some of those in the film were calling it. There clearly is no rigid or conforming set of rules that govern its practice. Personally I think it’s all relative to the individual that is occupying the space in question. I would feel completely at ease in a setting that some may feel uptight in and vise versa. It’s also my opinion that the concept of feng shui is nothing more than a guiding set of rules that an individual can set to make him or her comfortable and productive in their own right. I think Pen and Teller did a great job of showing how each one of these so called experts used totally different rules to guide them in creating the feng shui environment that they called perfect. Some of them were so obviously motivated by money it was ridiculous (the lady selling the fountain of great wealth that had to be placed precisely in the location she had determined through the complex and ancient calculations). Come on! Then we have the bottled water segment. Is it just me or does any one else agree that our society has grown a little to rich, board and gullible (possibly even stupid). I never imagined a day when people would actually sit down to a water bar and taste test water. Nobody in the film even knew they were drinking unfiltered tap water from a hose!! I’ve seen this kind of taste test on shows like dateline, 20/20, and others. It always seems that in the final analysis nobody can tell the difference between any of the different kinds of water. So why does this industry still thrive? I don’t know. Maybe its like I said our society has grown a little to rich, board and gullible. Oh and paranoia could also be another factor. I recall in the movie there were more than a few people that made comments like I think it’s cleaner, less particulates, more minerals, less minerals, etc. then upon testing it was shown that NY City tap water was purer than lots of other bottled water and highly regulated to meet strict guidelines. Bottled water seems to be mostly unregulated. Wow. I can go back to the tap water now and stop worrying. J/K. I’ve never really been big on bottled water but I am guilty of buying it from time to time.
Feng Shui is supposed to provide a peaceful, inspiring atmosphere... But what if you're uncomfortable in peaceful surroundings... Most of the time, I would prefer to be rocking out with so many posters on the walls and Christmas lights hanging from the ceiling, that I can't see straight. That's peaceful to me. Loud music. Uh-huh. Feng-Shui sounds like more of a girlie-sport, if you ask me.
Bottled water is absolutely necessary. If you're planning on going into the desert... Don't forget to bring bottled water. It's kind of disgusting to think of how much money the average person nowadays coughs up in a lifetime on water. Probably LOTS! Screw rollin' over in their graves! My Great Grandpa's would puke in their coffins.
Feng Shui is tricky. It is sad to see some people take something that might have some kernel of truth to it and switch it around into some money making scam artists. I think the reason we see both Feng Shui and bottled water in the same one is because they both have some kernel of truth that has been manipulated.
Perhaps having your life in a certain order and things in the right place can give a room energy or perhaps can make someone feel more at peace, but what these people did was charge ridiculous amounts of money for nothing. There was no science to it, just a lot of BS.
With the water, it is a tougher call. It is advertising. To sell something you need to spice it up. Going out to a club or bar at night we each spice ourselves up a little to make us more appealing. Most of us sit at home at night in our boxers watching TV while eating a cup of pudding. That is how we are comfortable but we don't show that when we go out. We dress up and act nice and polite. So I think it is hard to blame the advertising of the water. Who we need to blame is the company that decides to sell said product at 3.00 a bottle. If you are out and about buying a cold bottle of water can be refreshing but spending that much on it is a joke.
Both Feng-Shui and bottled water come down to the money. They are charging too much for a product that isn't quite there. When it comes down to it, it is all about the money.
feng shui How can three different "experts" have totally different oppinions on something like this? if this is supposed to be a science then all of their answers should be the same. These people just want money, oh you need a fountain right here and it just so happens that i brought one and it only costs a thousand dollars. idiots. Real feng shui is not at all like this. They just found three money hungry idiots that have nothing better to do with their lives. it was developed over 3000 years ago by the chinese. it was not ment to be a job to make money from, it was supposed to help you bring good fortune. You guys saying that it is stupid is like me calling your religion rediculous because who in the right mind would believe in a talking snake, and a guy that dies and comes back to life....like a zombie? the people on the show are just like the religious people who go around and offer their servious for a fee.
bottled watter http://www.nrdc.org/water/drinking/bw/bwinx.asp in the site listed above is a 4 year study on bottled vs tap water. most all of what they found in these studies is that tap water is regulated a lot more and has more rules on what is sonsidered clean water. when you drink from a bottled water your mind says to you that this should taste better and is better for your health. I don't care what they say about bottled water, it is only trace amounts of all of the bacteria, and no one has ever died from drinking bottled water.
Feng Shui is complete nonsense. The idea that moving around furniture and placing pillows "facing north" will bring a more calmer and peaceful atmosphere? it's called cleaning. That alone can bring peace. When someone has clutter it is understandable that there will be tension and what not but by "placing the couch at this angle will increase your happiness". Yeah, right. The homeowner's should be happy as it is with the furniture they bought and placing it where they wanted to. And paying soo much money for someone to come look at the house and re-do that! for that price you best believe i would have them re-painting walls and cleaning my house at my will. It just seems foolish to me that they referred to it as a 'science'. That is almost to comedic in itself.
With bottled water, honestly, I don't like the stuff or water in general. And yes i know i drink water but it's true...you can't tell the difference. My fridge, for example, always is stocked with dasanis and when i sometimes drink from the tap guess what....can't. tell. the. difference. And i'm sorry but for people to say that there is a difference..well...either they have no taste buds but from what i recall...water doesn't have a distinct taste in the first place! Sorry but it's true. Just like that test they did to people where they had labeled cups...guaranteed if i were to do the same to people who say they can tell wouldn't be able to. I mean the only way to justify that is by after drinking bottled water to drink a glass of water from tap..but wait...no one does that.
颚氎(Feng Shui)was very interesting. I know that lots of Japanese magagines talk about those. It was veru popular few years ago and everyone tried to arrange thier room based on what magines and book said. I think if people believe it will be better, things go good. A possitive atttitude normally help you and make you feel better.
Water one was funny too. I think it is same as Feng Shui, Every thing is in your mind. I think if we trick our brain well, we can have better life and everything taste better than before.
The thought of Feng Shui is an intiresting idea. The way I see it, if someone wants to pay someone else to come and show them how they should have a room set up, let them. But the advice I would give them is that they should hire an interior decorator, that way you can atleast have a room that looks good, rather than just moving a couch and adding a 1000 dollar fountain to a corner that not many people will see.
Bottled water is something that I will sadly admit that I am a major fan of. There is a definate differance in the taste of different bottled waters. But I dont think that its the actual water thats in it, I think its more of the container that its in. There is a company that makes a bottle of water called VOS, it tastes much different than Dasani or Aquafina simply because its in an actual glass bottle as opposed to a plastic bottle that can allow chemicals into the water in small amounts, changing the tase.
The Feng Shui episode was very funny and entertaining. I wouldn't go to the extent to say that it's a bunch of bullshit but whatever gets you entertained I think it's good. I view Feng Shui sort of like Astrology and the horoscopes. I admit to it, I'm one of those people that goes into yahoo.com and just for curiosity checks the horoscope link and reads what lies in my future.
I don't believe in it a lot, because some of the stuff is very general and it can relate to many aspects in your life. This goes the same with Feng Shui. I don't agree that it's a science because as we saw, every "expert" did something different with each room in the house. But for the most part it's amusing. I wouldn't goes as far as hiring an $expert$, I would maybe just read a couple things on the internet and do my own decorating and save myself a couple hundred dollars and a water fountain.
Bottled Water: I agree with the Bullshit episode on this aspect. I think we are mentally influenced that bottled water is cleaner and better for you because it's packaged, priced, and labeled with a cool logo. I hardly buy bottled water because I don't like the taste of it. To me, it tastes different than the filtered water I have at home. The bottled water has a weird taste, not a better taste but a worse one. Especially, Disani water, that's the worst for me.
I like my water to have no taste, it's water it's suppose to taste like nothing right? I think bottled water companies do a lot of inserting and taking out of minerals and chemicals that it gives the water a bad taste. I don't like it. Besides it's more expensive, when I can get it free at home.
"BUYING BOTTLED WATER IS BAD FOR THE ENVIORNMENT, DIDN'T WE LEARN ANYTHING FROM THE RECYCLING EPISODE." HA.
My girlfriend has some friends that really do believe in that stuff and would probably pay more for those material things than what it’s worth, by those things i mean different types of furniture that does different "magic-induced" things to your household. Which for me ofcourse is nothing but nonsense and BULLSHIT, how the fuck is something suppose to make me feel better or my lifesytle richer when it is nothing but simple furniture, my girlfriend has a thing for constantly re-arraging furniture, but she doesnt do it for the Feng Shui effect, she does it because she cant stand to see things in the same spot fro more then 3 months, the room has to posses something different, weather we move the tv stand to the other corner of the living room or the bookself on the other side of the wall, something just has to appear different about the room. You really have to look at it like this, people are always looking for some higher power to give them energy, hope or whatever, in my oppinion, but i dont think that Feng Shui offers that by using “spiritual science” or "magic" or whatever that may be and ultimately make the persons life style richer and feeling better about themselves. I personally think its bullshit and would never do it. Just because in nothing in life just pops up and makes everything okay, you have to work hard to feel good about yourself and have a wealthier lifestyle, a piece of furniture wont do that for you, because if it could, i hardly doubt that it would be at all affordible to middle class people.
And Bottled Water...
I personally can only drink bottled water or buy the water in a five gallon jug at wal-mart. I cant drink tap water or arrow head because buying arrowhead is basically like drinking off the faucet, they taste different to me and they are disgusting. I like to drink Dasani or aquafina, but my favorite kind of bottled water is FUGI it is the shit !!! but yet again at the gym i do drink out of the water fountain cuz i dont wanna be carrying a water bottle around with me, other than that i cant drink tap water from a fast food fountain drink (on the coke machine you know???) or from my house faucett, but if it came down to that being the only water to drink to stay alive all i have to say is that im greatful that i dont live in piss water magna !!!
For as long as I have lived I have always hated bottled water and refrigerated filtered water. The only water I like to drink is slightly less than room temperature tap water. However bottled water is not always a waste of money. The reason I believe this is because when I was eighteen I went to China and as a person who has lived my life drinking clean/semi clean water. My body is not adapted to drink the disgusting "give you the shits" water that China has. So bottled water is good for transporting it to places that do not have clean water. So I would suggest if you do ever go to China take a suitcase full of the stuff.
As for Feng Shui its a cool theory but a dumb idea to buy into it. However I as much as anybody knows that as a consumer in a market economy we as people like to waste our money on stupid things. I mean Ive wasted plenty of money on action figures that I leave in boxes I have two right now in front of me that Ive never actually seen what is contained within their packaging. I can only look at the picture on the box. I know I am way nerdy for having such things but if you think about it the value of money is just as ridiculous as Feng Shui and unopened action figures. Someone says a green paper with some numbers is worth something. The difference is we have all bought into it. Where Feng Shui only a few people with allot of money buy into that.
Feng Shui always makes me laugh. I recall the first time I heard of the concept. It was about five years ago at a college party up at the U. It was at a coed bachelor / bachelorette pad, and it definitely look like one two, nothing really pleasing to the eye. The hosts were into Feng Shui. I recall this girl lighting candles, placing them in strategic spots and moving the couches around right in the middle of a kegger. I found out she was doing this to flow the energy around so that people would mingle more. She called this Feng Shui. All she accomplished was a ring of fire and a barrier of furniture dividing the two main rooms.
so this whole fung shui thing i really dont like especially since these people are going out and taking money from people claiming its an exact science like they said in the show if it was an exact science then you would always come up with the same result but all three for the most part had very different opinions on things like the couch being red one said it was an awful color and had bad vibes the other two thought that it was great now on the other side you could say that some are more in touch with fung shui or the cosmic ways of the universe and some just use it as a money making scheme but whos to tell who is telling the truth or not and how would an average person even know if half the things they are saying is true owell i guess we will never find out
Bottled Water. the whole bottled water thing hmmm where to start well i have to say i am one of those people who buy bottled water but i do reuse the same bottle many times with filled tap water and as for the different tastes of water i would have no idea i have never gone out of my way to taste all these different kinds of water but i do have to say i do think there is a difference in taste in tap water and brita filtered tap water now this could be all just one giant placebo effect with all waters they say its cleaner and tastes fresher so we assume it is and so we think it tastes different and thats all i have to say.
Feng Shui: That is some really funny stuff!!! I just love how all the professionals chose something different that said it's the best way to have it. It's just a whole bunch of garbage I think!! If you pay someone to come over to your house to move some furnature around heck i'll come do it for you and come up with a bunch of bull saying why it should be there!! I'm sure they make some pretty good money doing it!
Bottle water: FUNNY!!!! I just loved how they tricked like 10 people thinking they were drinking some special water when in reality it was coming from a hose!!! The best part is, they all said it had a different taste to it. That goes to shoe that we pay way to much for bottled water when you can just go out back and get the same stuff. But I must say that some city's water is SICK!!! Take riverton's for exampla, everytime you drink it you feel like you ate some of it also. I think it depends on where you live if you really need bottled water.
Feng Shui is a bunch of idiots taking advantage of a bunch of idiots. the blind leading the blind. I don't know what type of person would pay someone to come in to their house, pay them hundreds of dollars to have them feed them full of a bunch of crap that might make them rich. are these the same people that live and die by what their fortune cookies says? i know who loves these people...las vegas. these suckers come in, after having read their horoscope saying great riches await them, so they blow all their money trying to hit it big. Maybe i should start my own business rearranging peoples furniture...i got an email saying i could buy a degree online...that ought to do the trick in tricking these fools who follow this garbage. the only important thing to remember in decorating your house is make it fit your own style... the only reason, and i mean ONLY reason i buy bottled water is because it is cheap at costco, i am lazy, and sometimes i need a drink on the go. other than that, tap water is just great for me...unless i am visiting magna, in which case i will avoid their diet coke looking "water" and buy some at the store. water tastes like water... who knew...
feng shui, as an idea sounds very mystical and would probably suit you well if you truly believe that the way you organize things in your house can change the energy types and levels that you will experience. as a science the show , well showed that these people that say they are professionals are more like con artists preying on the insecurities of the masses. this i believe is the true difference that they missed in the show. that there are people that truly believe in the "religion" behind feng shui and for them yes it would help and they would more than likely have a particular person that is recommended to them that would do the layout. i have no idea if the people that started this were scam artists or not, but the American interpretation of this art is very much just a group of very eager sales people with one thing in mind, money. to the point that one of the people on the show would carry with her items to sell customers for "spiritual energies." this lady in particular seemed to be the worst of the 3 shown. next we have bottled water. which as you can see is another great scam. i am going to charge you lots of money to sell you your own tap water!!! yeah, and you will love it cause you and everyone else thinks that it not only tastes better, but is better for you. this is also another form of peer pressure as you see so many friends and popular people doing it. on the other hand hasn't the bottled water craze helped people to drink water?? this is a good thing, as most of us don't really drink as much water as we need to. also having a way to carry around the water is really quite convenient. there does seem to be another movement that is starting to grow and that is to buy a bottle for long term use and fill it yourself. the best of both worlds don't you think?
I personally don't believe in Feng Shui. I can't believe that changing the layout of your furniture will bring you better health and money. It is such a waste of money. How could it be a science, if you get three different answers? I like to move my furniture around every once in awhile. It changes things up and makes it not so boring, but in no way do I think it is going to bring me good health or money. The bottled water bit was very funny. The people tasting the different waters had to be humiliated, after finding out it came straight from the hose. Penn and Teller sold me. I will never buy bottled water to keep around the house again. The only time I will ever buy bottled water, is when I am traveling.
feng shui can work! this is how the placebo efffect if you honestly believe moving your furniture around will help you achieve wellness than it just might just like how placebos seem to work. on the negative side i just simply have to agree with all of that stuff those two comedians say how is it a science?
bottled water one of my concerns was what about when they put like fluoride in the water and i know alot of people don't want to be drinking that stuff out of the tap it's in the water where i live theres a reason to get water from somewhere else pending that water doesn't have fluoride or simply if your on the go and don't have a container to put tap water in or something than ya bottled water should be a choice. they just suggest if you buy bottled water that your an idiot because tap is the same in many situations yes ,however not in all thats my conclusion.
I agree that Feng Shui is ridiculous. We all know furniture can have different style arrangements but to say that where you place furniture has certain effects on the family is ridiculous. Colors may be used to create feelings in a room but that doesn't mean that everyone in the house will have bad teeth becuase of the red couch. In my interior design class different ways to place funiture would give a formal or informal feel. The cool colors on the color spectrum gave the room a lighter more laid back effect where the warmer colors warmed the room up. This isn't a science. We all know that colors can have effects on the room but not the people.
I was shocked at the bottled water thing. I noticed that some of the water tasted weird and don't like Desoni or Aquafina but I didn't know a lot of companies actually just use tap water. But why not? Everyone that tries to sell something tries to jip us anyway. It is a perfect charade making Americans think the water in your home or public places has chemicals in them or isn't purified than actually selling them tap water from a different place. Water is water and if you cannot trust that they purified it then it would be best to buy a purifier or just drink the tap water. No one has died from tap water anyway why would we all the sudden think it is bad?
It is difficult to find much more to say in response to the presentation of Feng Shui and Bottled Water, because it is simply bullshit.
Feng shui is not a mystical analysis of your home and it certainly isn't science, as science is a procedure for the refinement of knowledge. It relies on gullible people being unhappy or uncertain enough with their own lives to be looking for some way to get a leg up life in some way. Ultimately, as with all snake oil, its financial viability relies on the charisma of the salesman. As long as people are unhappy with something, they will search for an easy way out.
Bottled water as superior to municipally supplied drinking water only has merit in parts of the world where the public infrastructure cannot be trusted. Beyond that, bottled water is merely a thing of convenience. If you don't like the way your water tastes and want to consume water that lacks beneficial additives, you can fill up water at the Artesian Well Park*. If that's too much effort, get a Brita dispenser or pitcher and store it in your fridge**. The only valid reason to drink bottled water is convenience.
This was probably the only episode that I actually enjoyed, so sad that it was the first one we watched. Literally today I sat and watched a yoga instructor read chakra energy and the aura of some girl, I also thought that was BS! I believe that there is energy in all things but you can't tell me that having my couch face north instead of south will bless me with wealth.
The bottled water portion pretty much was a good test that gave true results. I think that people buy most of these bottled waters mainly because of the bottle. I mean I think Dr. Pepper tastes better out of a can. That doesn't mean that it really does that is just what I choose to believe and we are all subject to stupid things like that, it just so happens that bottled water is one of the biggest scams in the world.
To be honest i have never heard of Feng Shui. So i found it to be interesting. I agree with how the show proves that Feng Shui is not a science. I know that people will do different things but the three feng shui experts were told different ideas and some would contradicted what other feng shui people think. I do believe that you can make your home feel more warm and cozy with the things your put in your home or how you arrange in things in your home, but you don't need to spend a ton of money. I think if you feel comfortable in your home then that is all you need. The bottle water i found to be funny. How they would have the say water in different bottles and how they were differnt in price. I think we have this idea that if it is expensive then it has to be good. I do believe that some bottle water taste good. Even if it comes from a tap. I think that bottle water can be convient for when you go on a trip or in a hurry and grab some water. I also think that it can be harmful to the enviroment with all the plastic.
Feng Shui is obviously a gimmick. I have never bought into the whole, sleep toward the east or whatever. As many people have already said, the fact that all these so-called "Feng Shui experts" have such differing opinions only further proves the absolute bullshit that is Feng Shui. If a room feels comfortable, its because you like the items and they aren't overwhelming. It has nothing to do with "Feng Shui"
Not too surprised about bottled water. Also, it doesn't really make me not want to use bottled water either. It has its convenience as you can buy it and carry it, but its really no different than carrying a water bottle. Still, sometimes the "tap water" put into water bottles is better than the tap water coming out of the tap, especially in Magna and Riverton. Also, you wouldn't want to drink water in mexico.
hahaha feng shui what a joke, i dont believe in that stuff one bit. who the hell would believe that placement in furniture could change your life? plus how would the feng shui "experts" know the person the house owner without personally knowing them? everyone is different right? so even if this stuff was true, wouldnt it be different for everyone? to tell you the truth, i dont think placement of furniture is going to change your life, well in most cases. if it were true, i would just arrange the furniture myself and try to see when im having the most good luck haha. instead of paying 1000+ just for someone elses opinion.
and the bottled water just made me laugh hahahaha, it was toooo funny, it just shows how much your mind is connected to everything else, your body, your taste, everything! but i really do think that some water tastes different, but like i said it may be in my mind too... i think water has a different taste to it, i like the filtered water out of the dispensers.. but then again i can drink other water also... the only water i cant drink is warm water haha.
Okay Feng Shui this completely reitterated my previous thoughts about this so called science. Obviously if 3 'scientisits' can't get the same answer then it really isn't a science. I think its a personal view on how you feel you want the energy in your room to be. This also being in the movie Because I say so they move around the living room in different ways only to settle with how it originally was. I agree Feng Shui is Bullshit.
K Bottled Water I love bottled water mainly because of the cap its resealable my favorite. The best part of this episode was the water list by far. How they came up with some of the names was incredible. Even better was how the people said they had different tastes to it when it was all from the same source. Bottled water is completely for revenue to these companies which is why most people buy one and then refill all day or for a few days.
Feng Shui sounded pretty ridiculous to me. All three of them said completely different things yet they all said it was the same "science". I don't think it's science at all. It was just whatever the interior decorator thought would look nice. I do believe in the whole mood thing though. I do think that lighting and texture and things like that can affect your mood. Sometimes moving a book shelf, or a TV so it's not in front of the window will lighten the room, and help your mood. But the rest of it is crap.
I'm a culprit of bottled water. But it really does taste different than my tap water! If you live in Magna, this will also apply. I did think that the taste test was funny. I can't believe that people actually thought it tasted different. I do love hose water. I think that if everyone drank less bottled water- we wouldn't have to worry so much on recycling.
This is so dead true, although Pen and Teller can be annoying for my taste the do have some great points. Bottled water is a joke if you doing it for "taste" or "cleanliness" reasons. If you live in an establish country the municipal water supply is sufficient for all our needs. However, Many people (such as myself) don't buy bottled water for taste or cleanliness reasons, its the convince factor. Yeah we may be lazy in the fact we could just fill it up at home, which i've done before, but most of the time i misplace my bottle and just buy a new one. either way bottle water companies aren't going anywhere...
I thought this was so clever of penn and teller to use because it completely made me think of my wife. She has to have the bottled water and she won't drink it out of the tap. I totally believe that it is a hoax. Bottled water can really not be that much healthier than the water from the tap. About the fung shui artists for the home decor what a load of crap. I first off didn't even know that people actually do this let alone people actually pay for that crap? I think that is a huge con and people should totally decorate their home the way they like it and feel the energy off of how they want it not some idiot telling them that it is completely wrong.
It was quite funny to see how the Feng Shui "experts" came up with 3 different configurations and opinions but yet they universally agree it is a science. I believe that Feng Shui has become so commercialized, that if it even had a history of what its purpose is, that that purpose is long gone. It's now just a money making business which really dupe people in paying for their services.
As far as bottled water goes, I find that tap water actually does taste better than bottled water. Some I tasted had the flavor of glue! We live in a country that has great water system and we dont need to rely on bottled water. Really, how many more brands of bottled water do we need? If I were to go to a different country, I would definitely buy bottled water as I just would find it more convenient and also for safety concerns. But other than that, a cup of ice and water is more than enough for me.
first of all, both of these are a total joke. but for some reason, people are totally suckered into buying both. Feng Shui is completely rediculous. the people on the movie are trying to state how it is an exact science and we should all follow the rules to havea more happy and healthy life. but unfortunately, these peple don't have the same rules, so who's to say who has the exact science down? bottled water is so expensive I have completely stopped buying it. I now have one permanent bottle that I use wherever i go. it is so amazing to me that people would spend so much money on something so freely available just because it sounds fresher than tap water. but to each his own I guess.
Feng Shui, an ancient Chinese knowledge. Many Chinese believe it, but many Chinese didn't believe it too. So I can see there's no difference for Westerner to believe in or not. Though it's kind fun to see these three Feng Shui people has different Feng Shui views. Sometimes, you can view Feng Shui as a fun.
Bottled of water is expensive, I usually won't buy it. Some of them tasted sweet, perhaps the companies may add something in it. Be carefull on what you choosing. Bottled sometimes can be very helpful, like going outside and you don't know were you can find water around that place. Then a bottled water can become handy.
I love the part when the waiter gave the guests the bottled water which are really tap water from the back of the restaurant.
Feng Shui.. HA! This is just outrageous! Moving furniture around just to bring good omens to your home.. Ridiculous! These so called "EXPERTS' are a complete joke, saying that it is a science is totally NOT True.. how can they read such an aura from someones home. These people are greedy and money hungry, they manipulate you for what it's worth. I remember seeing the fountain that was put into the room, (forgot the price lol) the price was way way way too much. I could make that myself with just a few bits and pieces from a hardware store. Feng Shui is straight up bullshit!
I loved the water bottle bullshit episode it cracked me up! I rarely buy bottled water myself but when I do buy it I go for the cheap kind lol I don't understand why people would pay so much for water you can get at the drinking fountain or just straight from your sink.. sometimes there is a bit of a taste difference but water is water when you're thirsty water is good no matter how it taste it quenches your thirst. I guess some people in life just don't care and will pay any price for Crisp tap water. lol
I believe in Fung Shui, i mean aranging your furniture in a way that it will give you a healthier life... by moving funiture so that i dont run into it is a great idea.... i don't need to running into furiniture everytime i get up. the magical and scienefic parts i don't believe in, this added to the point be having every expert have a different idea. Bottled water i think is more of a convience and that sometimes it's a neccecity... like when my dad and i go to the salt flats at speed week... biking around would be difficult if we had to carry anything but a bottle... while the water from a bought water bottle is Bullshit. the bottle itself is great!
Penn and Teller made those feng shui consultants looked ridiculous. These consultants were talking out of there ass and i can not believe there are some people out there who actually believe consultants will work. I do believe in feng shui, i think the way you arrange your house and how things are placed will and do effect your mood. but to hire a consultant to come out to your is preposterous.
Bottled water is a joke too. i always thought bottled water was a hoax and after watching this episode, it simply confirmed my beliefs. It can be a necessity to have sometimes if you are going on long camping trips and what not. but to actually buy bottled water merely for the fact you think its better for you and tastes better is ridiculous.
Wow just on this page is a advertizment of fiji water should I begin service with them? How about no, its pretty stupid how people are actually falling for that. If you were to actually save up all the money that you spent on water in a year you could buy something worth buying that you always wanted to buy. I wish I could get paid for telling people to move this there and there. I admit yeh color could affect the mood of the person, but stuff around and three ways different from each other. So it makes you think who actually is the right person telling the truth if there is one.
The whole Feng Shui idea is ridiculous. I have to laugh at those fuckers for selling something so fake and getting away with it. This is just another example of stupid people that like to waste their money. Bottled water is also a rip off most of the time. I started looking at the labels and a lot of them are bottled in Utah and therefore don't have the same purification requirements as if it were bottled in another state. I see why people get into the business because it's a legal way to rip people off and make a killing.
ReplyDeleteBottled Water in the other hand is just too funny.
ReplyDeleteBottle of water, I believe that a lot of us buy bottle of water because it is convenient.
ReplyDeleteAre you serious with the bottled water?
ReplyDeleteI know that bottled water and tap water taste very similar, but what I like about bottled water is that it supposedly goes through the process of filtration for impurity and other bad things, we do have a lot of crap in the pipe that are in the facet.

ReplyDeleteFung Shui and bottled water.
ReplyDeleteThe pro's of bottled water.

ReplyDeleteAah bottled water.
Feng Shui:
ReplyDeleteI’ve never looked at this issue in the way it was shown.
Bottled water:
I’ve always had suspicions about bottled water and I’m not gunna lie I will get a package of bottled water about once a month. Those names have patents pending and coming to a store near you

ReplyDeleteBottled water is just funny, because I have been telling my girlfriend this for so long.
ReplyDeleteWho ever would waist their money on something as stupid and pointless as Feng Shui does not deserve to have that money.
ReplyDeleteThe Bottle of water is obvius to know that to high grade bottle of water did not come from the Mt. Everest or Cleanest river. This is absolutely tab water. But What does water's company really do? Is it some kind of really vitamins and minerals. Or May be they add only
indent chemical substance?
ReplyDeleteMmmmmm... delicious crisp bottled water, from a mountain spring that the guys from deliverance bathed in, and a bear decided to take a dump in it.
ReplyDeleteAbout the bottled water, I really do agree with the show on how tap water is probably safe here in the U.S. and let me make sure I say that again, here in the U.S. I found a good example of cholera spreading in Peru (1991) and how poor water supply helped spread the disease. Here’s a link http://www.colorado.edu/geography/gcraft/warmup/cholera/cholera_f.html
But then again something like this could happen in the U.S. maybe not to the extent of the entire country being infected but perhaps a small town or such.
ReplyDeleteAs for bottled water... that bit made me feel a little foolish but only slightly.
ReplyDeleteFeng Shui is supposed to provide a peaceful, inspiring atmosphere... But what if you're uncomfortable in peaceful surroundings... Most of the time, I would prefer to be rocking out with so many posters on the walls and Christmas lights hanging from the ceiling, that I can't see straight. That's peaceful to me. Loud music. Uh-huh.
ReplyDeleteFeng-Shui sounds like more of a girlie-sport, if you ask me.
ReplyDeletePerhaps having your life in a certain order and things in the right place can give a room energy or perhaps can make someone feel more at peace, but what these people did was charge ridiculous amounts of money for nothing.
When it comes down to it, it is all about the money.
feng shui
ReplyDeleteHow can three different "experts" have totally different oppinions on something like this? if this is supposed to be a science then all of their answers should be the same.
You guys saying that it is stupid is like me calling your religion rediculous because who in the right mind would believe in a talking snake, and a guy that dies and comes back to life....like a zombie? the people on the show are just like the religious people who go around and offer their servious for a fee.
bottled watter
http://www.nrdc.org/water/drinking/bw/bwinx.asp
in the site listed above is a 4 year study on bottled vs tap water. most all of what they found in these studies is that tap water is regulated a lot more and has more rules on what is sonsidered clean water. when you drink from a bottled water your mind says to you that this should taste better and is better for your health.
ReplyDeleteWith bottled water, honestly, I don't like the stuff or water in general.
ReplyDeleteWater one was funny too.
ReplyDeleteBottled water is something that I will sadly admit that I am a major fan of.
ReplyDeleteI don't believe in it a lot, because some of the stuff is very general and it can relate to many aspects in your life.
ReplyDeleteAnd Bottled Water...
ReplyDeleteAs for Feng Shui its a cool theory but a dumb idea to buy into it.
ReplyDeleteso this whole fung shui thing i really dont like especially since these people are going out and taking money from people claiming its an exact science like they said in the show if it was an exact science then you would always come up with the same result but all three for the most part had very different opinions on things like the couch being red one said it was an awful color and had bad vibes the other two thought that it was great now on the other side you could say that some are more in touch with fung shui or the cosmic ways of the universe and some just use it as a money making scheme but whos to tell who is telling the truth or not and how would an average person even know if half the things they are saying is true owell i guess we will never find out
ReplyDeleteBottled Water.
the whole bottled water thing hmmm where to start well i have to say i am one of those people who buy bottled water but i do reuse the same bottle many times with filled tap water and as for the different tastes of water i would have no idea i have never gone out of my way to taste all these different kinds of water but i do have to say i do think there is a difference in taste in tap water and brita filtered tap water now this could be all just one giant placebo effect with all waters they say its cleaner and tastes fresher so we assume it is and so we think it tastes different and thats all i have to say.
ReplyDeleteBottle water: FUNNY!!!!
ReplyDeletethe only reason, and i mean ONLY reason i buy bottled water is because it is cheap at costco, i am lazy, and sometimes i need a drink on the go. other than that, tap water is just great for me...unless i am visiting magna, in which case i will avoid their diet coke looking "water" and buy some at the store. water tastes like water... who knew...
feng shui, as an idea sounds very mystical and would probably suit you well if you truly believe that the way you organize things in your house can change the energy types and levels that you will experience. as a science the show , well showed that these people that say they are professionals are more like con artists preying on the insecurities of the masses. this i believe is the true difference that they missed in the show. that there are people that truly believe in the "religion" behind feng shui and for them yes it would help and they would more than likely have a particular person that is recommended to them that would do the layout. i have no idea if the people that started this were scam artists or not, but the American interpretation of this art is very much just a group of very eager sales people with one thing in mind, money. to the point that one of the people on the show would carry with her items to sell customers for "spiritual energies." this lady in particular seemed to be the worst of the 3 shown.
ReplyDeletenext we have bottled water. which as you can see is another great scam. i am going to charge you lots of money to sell you your own tap water!!! yeah, and you will love it cause you and everyone else thinks that it not only tastes better, but is better for you. this is also another form of peer pressure as you see so many friends and popular people doing it. on the other hand hasn't the bottled water craze helped people to drink water?? this is a good thing, as most of us don't really drink as much water as we need to. also having a way to carry around the water is really quite convenient. there does seem to be another movement that is starting to grow and that is to buy a bottle for long term use and fill it yourself. the best of both worlds don't you think?
I personally don't believe in Feng Shui. I can't believe that changing the layout of your furniture will bring you better health and money. It is such a waste of money. How could it be a science, if you get three different answers? I like to move my furniture around every once in awhile. It changes things up and makes it not so boring, but in no way do I think it is going to bring me good health or money.
ReplyDeleteThe bottled water bit was very funny.
ReplyDeletebottled water one of my concerns was what about when they put like fluoride in the water and i know alot of people don't want to be drinking that stuff out of the tap it's in the water where i live theres a reason to get water from somewhere else pending that water doesn't have fluoride or simply if your on the go and don't have a container to put tap water in or something than ya bottled water should be a choice. they just suggest if you buy bottled water that your an idiot because tap is the same in many situations yes ,however not in all thats my conclusion.
ReplyDeleteI was shocked at the bottled water thing.
ReplyDeleteFeng shui is not a mystical analysis of your home and it certainly isn't science, as science is a procedure for the refinement of knowledge.

ReplyDeleteThe bottled water portion pretty much was a good test that gave true results.
ReplyDeleteThe bottle water i found to be funny.
ReplyDeleteNot too surprised about bottled water.
ReplyDeleteand the bottled water just made me laugh hahahaha, it was toooo funny, it just shows how much your mind is connected to everything else, your body, your taste, everything! but i really do think that some water tastes different, but like i said it may be in my mind too... i think water has a different taste to it, i like the filtered water out of the dispensers.. but then again i can drink other water also... the only water i cant drink is warm water haha.
ReplyDeleteK Bottled Water I love bottled water mainly because of the cap its resealable my favorite.
ReplyDeleteI'm a culprit of bottled water. But it really does taste different than my tap water! If you live in Magna, this will also apply. I did think that the taste test was funny. I can't believe that people actually thought it tasted different. I do love hose water. I think that if everyone drank less bottled water- we wouldn't have to worry so much on recycling.
Erin Bitters
This is so dead true, although Pen and Teller can be annoying for my taste the do have some great points. Bottled water is a joke if you doing it for "taste" or "cleanliness" reasons. If you live in an establish country the municipal water supply is sufficient for all our needs. However, Many people (such as myself) don't buy bottled water for taste or cleanliness reasons, its the convince factor. Yeah we may be lazy in the fact we could just fill it up at home, which i've done before, but most of the time i misplace my bottle and just buy a new one. either way bottle water companies aren't going anywhere...
ReplyDeleteI thought this was so clever of penn and teller to use because it completely made me think of my wife. She has to have the bottled water and she won't drink it out of the tap. I totally believe that it is a hoax. Bottled water can really not be that much healthier than the water from the tap.
ReplyDeleteAbout the fung shui artists for the home decor what a load of crap.
ReplyDeleteI believe that Feng Shui has become so commercialized, that if it even had a history of what its purpose is, that that purpose is long gone.
ReplyDeletebottled water is so expensive I have completely stopped buying it.
ReplyDeleteBottled of water is expensive, I usually won't buy it.
ReplyDeleteI loved the water bottle bullshit episode it cracked me up! I guess some people in life just don't care and will pay any price for Crisp tap water. lol

ReplyDeleteI believe in Fung Shui, i mean aranging your furniture in a way that it will give you a healthier life... by moving funiture so that i dont run into it is a great idea.... i don't need to running into furiniture everytime i get up. the magical and scienefic parts i don't believe in, this added to the point be having every expert have a different idea. Bottled water i think is more of a convience and that sometimes it's a neccecity... like when my dad and i go to the salt flats at speed week... biking around would be difficult if we had to carry anything but a bottle... while the water from a bought water bottle is Bullshit. the bottle itself is great!
ReplyDeletePenn and Teller made those feng shui consultants looked ridiculous. These consultants were talking out of there ass and i can not believe there are some people out there who actually believe consultants will work. I do believe in feng shui, i think the way you arrange your house and how things are placed will and do effect your mood. but to hire a consultant to come out to your is preposterous.
ReplyDeleteBottled water is a joke too. i always thought bottled water was a hoax and after watching this episode, it simply confirmed my beliefs.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could get paid for telling people to move this there and there.
ReplyDeleteBottled water is also a rip off most of the time. I started looking at the labels and a lot of them are bottled in Utah and therefore don't have the same purification requirements as if it were bottled in another state. I see why people get into the business because it's a legal way to rip people off and make a killing.
